Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WhatSpy mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What WhatSpy is

WhatSpy is an entertainment and informational tool that uses artificial intelligence to produce estimated insights (such as tone, interest signals, and patterns) about chat conversations that you choose to import or describe. Results are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

2. Acceptable use — your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the results. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the lawful right to access and analyze any conversation content you import;
• You will not use the App to harass, stalk, surveil, defame, or harm any person, or in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others;
• You will comply with all local laws regarding privacy, communications, and consent.

WhatSpy does not access any third party's device, account, or messages. It only processes content you provide.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

• WhatSpy offers auto-renewable subscriptions and consumable in-app items (credits).
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
• Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, reliable, or fit for any purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatSpy and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on the App's output.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content are owned by WhatSpy and protected by law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the App except as permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
